I cannot claim effectiveness as it varies depending on the person and how they use the device, but we’ve received so many positive response from consumers using ReFa on these areas.

Hi, I am curious what would be the best product to help with fine lines? In particular, lines on my forehead as well as under my eyes.

ReFa has an amazing gripping sensation when you use around your face line, so hopefully it will help!

The result varies depending on the person so I cannot say 100% guaranteed, but we have positive responses from MANY consumers 🙂

Is this ok to use around the eye area?

Yes, totally fine. But I’d recommend to not put too much pressure on top of the eyeball.

I have very sensitive skin. Is the ReFa CARAT safe for me to use?

For people who have very sensitive skin, I would highly recommend to try to roll ReFa over your arm first. Since the two roller parts are coated by platinum, I have not seen many people who have had reactions but as I am representing a Japan manufacturer, I would say on their behalf that you might need to take a very cautious step when using ReFa.

What does it feel like?

You should not feel anything special except a strong gripping sensation from two rollers, (unless your skin is VERY sensitive.)

If we choose to use the ReFa Carat with a serum or lotion, are there specific products we should use? Anything we should not use with this device?

You are totally fine to use ANY kind of your own favorite serum or lotion before rolling ReFa. BUT make sure to clean your ReFa after use as the serum or lotion will stay on roller parts. To clean ReFa, you can completely wash it as it does not have a battery in it. It is also waterproof.

Can the CARAT be used with the High-Tension-Mask? How often can you use this device/daily at least?

I would use ReFa CARAT every day! Since ReFa CARAT has an amazing (really amazing) gripping sensation, I would not recommend to use CARAT whilst wearing ReFa High Tension Mask. The ReFa CARAT will pick up the mask very easily because of these unbelievable gripping sensation.

Is ReFa meant to be used only on your face? Can it be used on any other parts of the body? Like arms or legs?

ReFa can be used for the ENTIRE body! From the scalp, to face, shoulder, underarm, calves, and even on the barefoot!

How does this work? How is it different from the NuFACE device? Any impact on cellulite?

Yes, it is very different to the NuFACE device as we use ReFa for the entire body. We cannot claim that it has an impact on cellulite but we found some customers saw an improvement from use.
